This is easily my favorite track in this game. Some fun facts:
- The noise channel after 47 seconds ONLY plays looped noise until the chorus comes back in.
- The stutter at 1:23 was surprisingly kind of hard to make sound right the first time. I'm probably more proud about this effect than any other in the soundtrack.
- The second time the first melody comes in, it isn't exactly the same. The first time, it plays in one key, then goes up one half step for a measure, then back down a step. The second time, it stays in the higher key.
When I wrote this track, I didn't know that there would be 3 moon levels. In my opinion this is the best track in the game, so I don't feel too bad about it being played in 3 levels, but I would have wanted to write unique tracks if there was time.
