When I was younger, at my parents' house I'd look out my window when trying to get to sleep. One of the houses across the street would always have this blue light emanating from one of the windows in various intensities. It was very bright and I always wondered what crazy sci-fi thing could be happening in there (realistically it was probably a tube TV). It seemed to only happen after midnight and during certain times of the year, it wouldn't happen at all. The noise channel in the middle of the track is my attempt to replicate the intensity of the light as I saw it.
